Wemigo Community Guidelines💛

Wemigo is all about real friendships, safe spaces, and showing up with good energy. To keep this a welcoming space for everyone, we ask all members to agree to the following:

1. Respect everyone

Kindness is non-negotiable. It’s okay to disagree, but always keep it respectful. Everyone deserves to feel heard, included, and comfortable.

2. Show up with good energy

Life happens—but if you confirm for a meetup or event, try your best to follow through. Being consistent and reliable helps everyone feel valued and makes the experience better for all.

3. Wemigo is not a dating app

We’re here to make friends—not flirty vibes. Respect boundaries. No flirting with people during or after meetups, and definitely no sliding into DMs. If a connection grows naturally over time, cool—but keep the energy community-first, always.

4. No self-promo, sales, or spam

Wemigo is for friendships, not funnels. Don’t promote your business, personal brand, or events unless approved by our team.

5. Trust the group process

Wemigo’s matching system is designed so you’ll see familiar faces while still meeting new ones. Group changes are part of the process—stay open and trust the system!

6. Keep it safe, always

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or making someone feel unsafe will not be tolerated—at meetups or in the app. If something feels off, please speak up.

You can report an issue or a member:

🚨 Accountability: Our Three-Strike Policy

If someone goes against these guidelines:

  • Strike 1: A clear warning from our team, and possibly asked to skip a future event.

  • Strike 2: Further review and potential temporary suspension.

  • Strike 3: Removal from Wemigo.

Some serious behavior (harassment, aggression, etc.) may result in immediate removal—no warnings needed.

  • Keep interactions platonic and community-first

  • Follow these guidelines to keep Wemigo safe and welcoming
